Hainan Rubber Wastewater Treatment Project

The project is located in Hainan Province. It mainly treats wastewater generated in the rubber processing process. The wastewater has the characteristics of high original rubber content, high foam, very high ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, and various organic matter and suspended solids, which are difficult to treat. The project has a designed processing capacity of 1,000 tons/day, or 50 tons/hour. The system process adopts pretreatment + denitrification and phosphorus removal + UASB + three-stage AO + biological filter as the main treatment process. The effluent water quality reaches the first-level standard of "Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) before being discharged.
